I tend to breathe with my mouth at night because my nostrils get blocked. Although I don't snore, I have to wake up a few times because my mouth gets dry. These strips work great and open my nostrils, so I don't have to breathe with my mouth anymore.
The only negative point is that I have felt my nose skin getting more sensitive after using the strips for a few weeks. The adhesive is strong enough to hold all night but seems a bit too aggressive for my skin, so I am trying not to use them daily for that reason.

I have eustachian tube dysfunction, which will lead to a lot of cracking noise in my ear when I sleep. I got these one night just to see if they help and these worked like a charm!! My ear does not crackle as much anymore and they also help me breathe better all night. I wake up without a stuffy nose in the mornings now. I find that these don’t work as well as the regular strength strips. Why? Because, though they have three flexible inserts instead of two they are not as long as the regular ones. They don’t wrap as fully around your nose. For me the regular ones work great and more effectively than the extra strength ones. And they are cheaper too!

I only have used this once within the span of time of actually having the item. It was pretty comfortable and I’m probably going to try it again.

I used this one night, then the next day got diagnosed with mono then went home and didn’t use them again but after using them again I got a better sense of how they are after using them:
They are pretty easy to put on and actually I was surprised how easy because I was expecting something difficult. It doesn’t affect my skin or leave a residue that’s noticeable.
Overall, the way it works is surprising however it works. Basically like a piece of tape with sturdy pieces of slightly bendable tool inside that brings your nostrils to open. It doesn’t look too odd or feel super uncomfortable when wearing throughout the night. I totally expected it would’ve fallen off while using it but it’s actually pretty sticky.

I don’t usually bother leaving reviews but I thought these were worth it.
I did my research when it came to picking a brand, read endless reviews, some good, some not so good. With these coming in at £13 for 26 strips there are much cheaper brands out there with equal reviews but I decided to take a gamble and it paid off. These fit really well, they’re strong with the material being quite thick. The strip stayed on all night and was easy to apply. I read from previous reviews that they’re difficult to get off in the morning as the glue stuck to the skin but I honestly had no issue. I was able to peel the strip off with no glue left on my skin, no redness or soreness after. Once I removed the strip I was able to feel the difference in breathing quality, it really surprised me! I slept so well for the first time in a long time and it even stopped me from snoring!
If like me you’re unsure due to the reviews you’re reading then take a gamble on these, I’m glad I did.
