I purchased the Under Armour Men's Charged Cotton Sportstyle as well as the Men’s Under Armour Tech Shortsleeve T-Shirt and my boyfriend by far liked this one the best. This one had a nice, soft feel to it. As others mentioned, it is not a solid color and does have the "heather" look to it. He loved this one so much that he asked me to buy him a bunch of colors for Christmas. And that's exactly what I did. I'm expecting the black, teal, and a green one to be coming in soon. The photo of the blue looks a bit darker than it did in person, but that was not a problem for him. I also bought the orange one for a friend so hopefully he likes it as well.

These T-shirts are a little pricey for a T-shirt, but I love them so much that they are the only Ts I have purchased for the last 2 years. I love the way they fit. These shirts are sewn the way we usually stand with are arms at our sides not straight out. I have always hated shirts that only fit when I am making airplane noises and pretending like I am flying through the air. Ok, I have only done this a couple times since I was 3, but you know what I mean. Additionally, I love the feel of Charged Cotton. This is what UA calls their blend of fabric for these shirts. The material does wick away moisture very effectively. I can be soaking with sweat while playing sports and go home with a relatively dry shirt. These shirts have the same effect with keeping the pits dry. Which is the biggest plus, because I no longer walk around self conscious about sweaty pits.

I have bought these before from a store never online. I was confused on the reviews of the shirts bc they were somewhat negative which hadnt been my experience thru buying at the store so i was wondering if they were different shirts. So when i got them i was excited bc they were the same ones which i had purchased in the store and the store doesnt carry these anymore only the compression ones. These are great. Soft charged cotton as expected. I use Nellies all natural laundry soda and wool dryer balls to dry them and they are the best hot weather work/play/workout shirts around. Dont listen to the bad reviews! Will be buying again soon!

Original Charged Cotton Was Better -- This Is Just Okay

The shirt is fine as far as workout shirts go. The fit is just as expected -- not baggy, with a little nice body contouring. And the fabric is okay -- a cotton/poly/elastane 57/37/5% blend. The problem is that the ORIGINAL Charged Cotton shirts (Cotton/elastane 95/5% blend) was much better. The fit was the same, but the fabric breathed better, and felt richer. And they retained their shaped better. These new Charged Cotton shirts are prone to stretching a little in the wash. One of my shirts has gained about 1-to-2 inches in length over a couple months of washing.

He used to wear the Adidas shirt that is similar to this, but after getting the Under Armour, he won't go back to Adidas. We have probably 25 of these in our closet. They come in a lot of different colors, but black is the one he wears the most. Worth the price. Holds up better than other similar shirts.
